The IDF eliminated a Hezbollah terrorist after he emerged from an underground terror infrastructure on the Ali Tahar ridge. Forces from the Egoz Unit, operating under the command of Division 36, identified earlier today (Thursday) a terrorist from the Hezbollah terror organization who emerged from one of the shafts of the underground infrastructure located on the Ali Tahar ridge, in the security area where IDF forces are operating. The terrorist posed an immediate threat to our forces. Following the identification, the Air Force, guided by the forces, attacked and eliminated the terrorist in order to remove the threat. IDF forces are operating in the Ali Tahar ridge area and are not allowing terrorists from the organization to emerge from the underground infrastructures and move in the ridge area. The IDF will continue to operate to remove any threat to its forces and will not allow the Hezbollah terror organization to harm the civilians of the State of Israel.
