800th Aircraft in Military Airlift Operation Arrives in Israel

Llega a Israel el avión número 800 de una operación de transporte aéreo militar El Ministerio de Defensa de Israel (IMOD) anuncia la llegada esta mañana (martes) a Israel del avión número 800 de la operación integral de transporte aéreo de equipos y armamento militar, iniciada inmediatamente después del estallido de la guerra. Esta operación conjunta es coordinada por la Dirección de Adquisiciones de Defensa (DPD) del IMOD, a través de la Unidad Internacional de Transporte de Defensa, en colaboración con la Misión del IMOD en EE. UU., la Dirección de Planificación y Desarrollo de Fuerzas de las FDI y la Fuerza Aérea Israelí (IAF). Durante esta operación, se han entregado a Israel más de 90.000 toneladas de equipo militar a través de 800 vuelos y aproximadamente 140 envíos marítimos. The Israel Ministry of Defense (IMOD) announces that the 800th aircraft in the comprehensive military equipment and weapons airlift operation that commenced immediately following the outbreak of war has landed in Israel this morning (Tuesday).

This joint operation is coordinated by the IMOD’s Defense Procurement Directorate (DPD) via the International Defense Transportation Unit, in collaboration with the IMOD Mission to the U.S., the IDF Planning and Force Build-Up Directorate, and the Israeli Air Force (IAF).

Throughout this operation, over 90,000 tons of military equipment have been delivered to Israel via 800 flights and approximately 140 maritime shipments. The procured and transported equipment includes munitions, armored vehicles, individual protective equipment, and medical supplies.

In conjunction with the IMOD’s initiative to expand Israel’s domestic defense production capabilities, this air and maritime transport operation constitutes a critical element in maintaining operational continuity, fulfilling comprehensive IDF requirements for achieving wartime objectives, and enhancing force readiness.
