Jerusalem, 16 June, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli-founded enterprise AI company Unframe has acquired Swish AI to strengthen its enterprise delivery platform and expand its AI-native data capabilities. Swish AI, an Israeli-founded enterprise AI company, specializes in IT service management and operational data systems used by global enterprises to automate workflows and improve service delivery.
The acquisition follows a strong growth period for Unframe, which recently surpassed $100 million in total contract value and raised $50 million in new funding led by Highland Europe. Unframe CEO Shay Levi said the deal enhances the company’s ability to turn Enterprise Data into “deterministic” AI outputs across business functions. Swish AI’s technology will be integrated into Unframe’s broader platform, supporting applications beyond IT, including finance, procurement, and customer service.
